Companies taking part in FITUR 2010 can now register free of charge to participate in the 4th edition of the employment workshops organized by FITUR in conjunction with the Spanish Federation of Tourism Schools (ANESTUR) and TURIJOBS. The workshops, which will take place on 22 January 2010, are part of the programme of activities planned within the framework of the trade fair. Once registered, representatives of the most competitive companies in the sector will have the opportunity to interview the best students and newly qualified graduates from public and private institutions giving training in tourism.
This event represents an opportunity for companies to optimise personnel selection processes by interviewing the candidates with the most potential in one place over the course of a single day. Statistics on the last edition of the fair are a testimony to the satisfaction of the exhibitors who took part: according to surveys carried out with interviewers, 80% of the firms which took part awarded the workshop the highest possible rating.
As in previous editions, TURIJOBS, Spain’s leading tourism employment portal, will be responsible for providing the necessary technological support in order to manage the participant registration process and organise the agenda for professional meetings between companies and candidates.
