As the UK capital prepares to be transformed into a festive party backdrop with the opening of ice rinks, Trafalgar Square’s Christmas tree, the Oxford Street and Regent Street lights plus the return of Winter Wonderland to Hyde Park, venues are opening their doors to Christmas party bookings.

On 10 December, Emirates Stadium, home to Arsenal Football club, will be staging a Christmas Legends Dinner with former players Ray Parlour, Charlie George and Martin Keown in attendance. Other stadia getting in the festive spirit include Chelsea Football Club and Wembley Stadium
This year’s Winter Wonderland in Hyde Park will double in size to cover 32 acres (13 hectares). As well as 200 rides, visitors to London will be able to enjoy festive attractions, browse the German Christmas market and gaze over London on the observation wheel.
Mike Kershaw, Chairman of Christmas party agency Concerto Group said: “It has been a very challenging year, for virtually every business or industry, so this year more than ever companies should be saying ‘thank you’ to the people they employ and the Christmas party is a cost-effective way of doing this.”
