Oracle to Showcase Innovation for New Decade
To help communications service providers (CSPs) meet their changing needs in the new decade, Oracle will demonstrate its leadership and vision at Mobile World Congress in Barcelona, Spain, February 15-18.
Oracle Communications Vice President of Product Marketing, Dan Ford, will speak during the “Strategies for Growth: Compelling Customer Service” session on Tuesday, February 16 at 4 p.m. The panel will discuss effective interventions and customer intimacy topics for operators in a Web 2.0 world.

Oracle Communications Order and Service Management 7.0, a key component of Oracle’s solution for rapid offer design and order delivery, which helps CSPs quickly and efficiently introduce new offers, capture and fulfill orders and provide visibility across the entire order lifecycle
Oracle’s in-store excellence for communications, a retail application suite designed to help CSPs improve and grow their phone store operations
Programs and technology updates for the Java(TM) Platform Micro Edition (Java ME) for Mobile Java.
