VisitBrighton has released the first set of photographs taken by
business visitors to the city as part of its recent campaign to
encourage people to view the coastal city as a prominent business
destination.
Images featured on the ‘See Brighton Through Business Eyes’ FlickR page
come from delegates that attended the two recent conferences hosted by
the city; International Lymphoedema Framework conference (22 – 26
March) and the 6th International Conference on Power Electronics,
Machines and Drives (19 – 20 April 2010). Participating delegates were
tasked with recording their experiences of the city by producing
photographic diaries which can be viewed on

Images include everything from networking with peers in one of
Brighton’s many award winning restaurants, to delegates taking time out
to enjoy the city.
“This initiative further underpins VisitBrighton’s efforts to shift
people’s perceptions so that they recognise what makes Brighton such a
renowned leisure destination is equally what makes it a renowned
business destination, comments Darren Johnson, Convention Bureau Sales
Manager, VisitBrighton. “We are delighted that so many of the delegates
have taken part so far in our new initiative and look forward to
developing the concept,” he concludes.
