The evening dinner to be held on 1 July will follow BTC’s core theme of bringing people together. Organised in partnership with ioè, it will consist of a series of happenings culminating in a DJ set under the stars.
Attire is strictly beach casual, with jackets, ties and high heels all banned: the event that BTC is organising for 1 July, on the evening of the show’s first day, will be much more than a simple dinner on the beach.
“The theme of the whole evening will be bringing people together, which is the ultimate purpose of a show, particularly one like BTC, where people convene to plan meetings,” says Exhibition Manager Gabriella Ghigi. “I don’t want to reveal the details, which will be a pleasant surprise for everyone. Let’s just say that the claim chosen for the party is Bringing opposites together and that participants will enjoy a multitude of experiences, a crescendo of tastes, smells, objects and atmospheres that will culminate in dancing until the early hours”.
Invitations to the dinner party are free for hosted buyers, the media and exhibitors (entry by stand, valid for one official exhibitor and one co-exhibitor). Additional exhibitors and visitors will be able to book their place at a special info point at the show, for EUR 50 + VAT.
The firm behind the concept for the evening, ioè, which provides training, consultancy and experiential coaching services for corporate organisations, is also making other contributions to BTC: the pre-show experiential metameeting Join the islands, the theoretical/practical seminar How to combat the crisis from within and the Bizless Room, a space on the exhibition floor wholly dedicated to relaxation, where exhibitors, buyers and visitors will be able to unwind.
Alongside its involvement in BTC, on 1 and 2 July at the Fiera di Rimini exhibition centre, ioè is organising the second Change management and well-being at workworkshop, promoted in partnership with Assochange: over these two days, it will identify the key points of an informed change management process, both in terms of organisation and relations with and between human resources. During the workshop, the Change management and well-being at work prize will be presented to two leading Italian companies in this field, one public and one private, among those nominated by their employees.
