EIBTM Hosted Buyer Programme – More Benefits for 2010

Take your place at the world’s meetings industry event and do business with 3,300 exhibiting organisations

Places are still available for EIBTM’s 2010 Hosted Buyer programme running from 30 November – 2 December in Barcelona (www.eibtm.com), which has already attracted an increased number of Buyers from Hungary, Poland, Switzerland, Argentina, Brazil, South Africa, US and Russia.

With time, cost and resource foremost in the minds of buyers, interested parties are urged to make their Hosted Buyer applications, with only a few weeks left until EIBTM 2010.

June Clark, Manager for the Hosted Buyer Programme, comments: “We know that our Hosted Buyers believe EIBTM is a key industry event but they also know that our qualification process is tough. The quality is our prime concern, but once accepted onto the programme, the flexible buyer-driven appointment system and all of the additional benefits truly delivers a return on business. We urge anyone still considering attending to apply now, to ensure they receive maximum benefit from the pre-scheduled appointments system with exhibitors, that is due to open imminently.”

For those accepted on to the programme, they can expect to receive; complimentary flights to Barcelona, 4/5* accommodation, and a personal diary of pre-scheduled appointments chosen by the Hosted Buyer from over 3,300 exhibiting companies. The EIBTM professional education programme offers over 50 sessions, with three specific streams dedicated to Hosted Buyers who represent the Association, Corporate and Agency sectors and there is also the opportunity to take part in all of the networking events.

A further benefit is the option to participate in a post event fam trip this year hosted by destinations including; Bilbao, Costa Dourada, Costa del Sol/Malaga, Florence/Tuscany, Madrid, Valencia, Huelva and Rotterdam.
