The Wedding Gown and Suit: The Focal Point of Any Wedding
A sense of diversity was once again the predominant characteristic of the wedding gowns presented for the new season, featuring designs that are classic, romantic and sophisticated, alongside other formats that are more modern and innovative and less conventional. This much is confirmed by a selection of ideas presented by some of the companies taking part at ONE THOUSAND AND ONE WEDDINGS, such as Aire Barcelona, Raimon Bundó, Manuel Castillo, Deuralde, Novíssima, Charo Peres, Eva Novias and Pol Nuñez, among others.
According to these proposals, during the year 2011 season the favourite materials will include organza, subtle gauze, Mikado and exquisite blond silk lace, as well as silk Garza, satin and sumptuous Chantilly lace. The predominant forms and shapes encapsulated an elegant and romantic bride who has a strong sense of character. Strapless necklines, fishtail styles, enveloping forms and superimposed effects that permit unrestricted movement will enable every woman to find the wedding dress of her dreams.
For the bridegroom, the ideas confirm the fact that the morning coat will continue to be the most popular form of attire among men, alongside suits of classic cut. The influence of the morning coat could be observed in the collections of semi-frock coats, which is to say, jackets that are a little shorter and feature rounded designs in the shape of a short morning coat, but featuring longer lapels.
New Features from the Wedding Industry
All of the different segments that revolve around the world of weddings will present new features at the fair. Among them, the way in which wedding invitations are sent out. The habitual method is to create the invitations on paper, choosing from thousands of different designs. However, now the new technologies have made it possible for the invitations to also be sent out by mobile phone. And in record time too! Various photography and video service companies now offer the possibility of creating a blog for the couples, designing a web page for the wedding, and even commission 3D videos of the Big Day, as well as recordings in Blu-Ray.
