Menzies Cambridge Hotel & Conference Centre announces meetings amnesty days

Menzies Cambridge Hotel & Conference Centre is launching a meeting amnesty for two days.  On  January 10th and 17th 2011 local companies will be given the opportunity to trial the hotel’s  new ‘Premier Meetings’ concept on a pro-bono basis.

In order to qualify for the complementary trial for up to 10 day-delegates, corporate bookers must be able to prove they are already holding a provisional booking for up to 10 guests in another property in the Bedfordshire and Cambridgeshire vicinity. Qualifying companies will be offered a meeting room on a first come first served basis.

Menzies Cambridge Hotel & Conference Centre’s recent major investment programme has seen all event spaces sensitively re-designed to offer an environment conducive to learning and development.  A sophisticated colour palate is balanced with a new lighting, state of the art flat screen TV’s and free WiFi throughout the hotel’s facilities. Already the newly refurbished conference and event spaces have received excellent feedback, reflected in the high demand for the facilities throughout 2011.

Shaun van Looy said: “As we all know, service is one of the key criterions of choice for conference and event bookers.  It is very difficult to demonstrate service levels through marketing material, hence we want clients to partake first hand at one of the amnesty days.  We are delighted with the feedback so far and keen to extend an invitation to bookers who perhaps haven’t considered Menzies Cambridge Hotel & Conference Centre before.”
