Hotelzon has appointed Päivi Huuhtanen as Global Marketing Manager and Mirjami Kuusela as Head of User Experience. Päivi will be heading marketing of Hotelzon as a global brand and Mirjami will look after Hotelzon’s digital application’s web usability.
As the industry steps into another challenging year, Huuhtanen has been tasked with creating and implementing the global marketing strategy as well as enhancing the company brand which has offices in four countries. Kuusela’s role includes building an excellent customer experience in Hotelzon’s digital channels, which is valuable for future success in ever growing digital markets.
Prior to Hotelzon, Huuhtanen worked for Finnair as Communications Officer and was responsible for the group’s corporate responsibility communications, social media projects and public relations. Preceding Finnair, Huuhtanen was responsible for the global digital marketing and communications for Elcoteq. Her sound knowledge of marketing and communications will benefit Hotelzon in promoting its unrivalled technology and hotel booking services to an international audience.
Kuusela worked for TeliaSonera Corporation prior to Hotelzon where she was responsible for leading digital marketing and eCommerce, building customer relationship concepts and developing segmentation models. Her recent focus has been in developing b2b customer benefit programs as well as b2b eCommerce sales.
