Congrex UK ISO Certification Renewed

Congrex UK announced today that its ISO Certification has been renewed for 2011 for both its London and Glasgow offices. The ISO (International Organisation for Standardisation) certification awarded was in the area of Quality Management Systems in meeting the needs of customers and other stakeholders.

The year 2011 certification renewal marks 20 years of ISO 9001 certification being awarded to Congrex UK and the group is delighted with this honour. Speaking on behalf of the Congrex Group of companies, CEO Layth Bunni had this to say, “We are extremely pleased with this renewed certification and indeed acknowledgement for our Congrex UK offices. The ISO standard is a mark of international excellence guarantee and a reflection of what the Congrex Group strive towards. Internally within Congrex UK ISO certification provide a recorded reference of how Congrex business working methods across the business are delivered and carried out. Remarking on the benefits of certification, Congrex UK Managing Director, Sarah Fitzpatrick commented, “the certification is a very useful reference point for existing staff, it promotes consistency of quality working practices and it is very useful as a training resource for new staff.
