The Boat Show finds a friendly harbour at
the Swedish Exhibition & Congress Centre

Gothenburg Boat Show is approaching fast and this year Volkswagen has made a big commitment to the show. Among other things, the company will be exhibiting for the first time a totally new idea that still exists only in concept form, but demonstrates how Volkswagen could make boating even easier.
“Boat owners are an important group that we want to reach, so the Boat Show is an ideal arena for us,” said Patrick Kilenius,” head of Volkswagen Gothenburg.

The Boat Show, which takes place on 5–13 February at the Swedish Exhibition & Congress Centre in Gothenburg, looks forward to working with Volkswagen.
“It’s great that Volkswagen is investing in the show and sees the clear link between cars and boats. It will be exciting to see this future product,” says Bengt Wallin, Exhibition Manager for the Boat Show.

The new product concept will be unveiled at Volkswagen’s stand in Hall B. Volkswagen’s presence at the Boat Show will also be evident in several other ways. In addition to its own stand in one of the exhibition halls, visitors will be greeted by the sight of a boat and trailer hitched to a VW car at the entrance to the show.
