West Ham United’s Boleyn Ground is introducing Catchment Conferencing whereby local companies get the keenest rates for their events.
The Catchment Conferencing rates are based on 5 mile boundaries and afford with those in the closet parameters to pay the least for their day meetings.
Standard day delegate rates are normally £52 + VAT, however, the Catchment Conferencing scheme will see companies within 5 miles of West Ham United Hotel and Conference Centre pay just £25 + VAT per person. Those further afield will pay £28 + VAT if they are within the 10 mile radius. Those within 20 miles distance will pay £32 + VAT.
Catchment Conferencing rates are valid from April until the end of July 2011 for all new bookings and are subject to demand. Rates are valid for up to 300 people and include unlimited teas and coffees, buffet sandwich lunch, meeting room hire and plasma screen TV.

Located in East London, West Ham United Hotel and Conference Centre is an iconic sporting venue with a range of 10 meeting and event spaces ideal for 5 to 850 delegates. A further 70 pitch-view syndicate rooms are available for breakout rooms, smaller events, training courses and private dinners.
