CIBTM will take place from 30th August – 1st September in Beijing at the China National Convention Centre (CNCC) and is set to attract many of the leading names from the world of Associations, Corporates, Agencies and academia.

CIBTM is currently inviting submissions for papers to contribute to the programme on subjects that include:

– Personal Development
– Meetings Industry Trends
– The Incentive Market
– Event Management
– Technology and Finance
– Marketing and Sales

The event brings together key buyers from China, Asia and overseas, with global suppliers for three days of business opportunities, networking and professional education – making it the driving force behind the professional Meetings Industry across China and Asia.

This year’s programme will include MPI Global Training on the road, the fast track to CMP accreditation. Sessions will take place on both Tuesday and Wednesday and the Global Certificate in Meetings and Business Events II provides industry professionals with learning and development opportunities that focus on operations, while working towards the knowledge requirements for passing the CMP Exam.

CIBTM’s Professional Education Programme runs alongside the 3-day exhibition, and will play a pivotal role in China Meetings Week

Erica Keogan, CIBTM Associations and Education Manager comments: “Over the past few years, the Education Programme during CIBTM has developed into an integral part of the event. We are looking for dynamic new content to help grow the programme in line with the research post CIBTM 2010 that gave as an insight into what the China and Asian meetings market want to hear and learn about both regionally and internationally.

“We are inviting speakers who have particular experience in these subject areas to contact us with their ideas if interested in presenting a session at the show.”

The deadline for submission of full papers is Friday 27th May. Please ensure that full contact details are included, and submissions are in Microsoft Word or PDF format.

Papers in English should be sent to Erica Keogan, Associations and Education Manager – erica.keogan@reedexpo.co.uk
