A British club charity initiative is going to come in Florence to help Meyer children’s hospital with the precious support of the Florence Convention Bureau. From Sunday October 30th to Monday October 31st, more than 90 Mini cars will gather in the Florence city center and in the Chianti area to the delight of fans.
Mini car from UK to Florence to help Meyer children’s hospital. This and much more with “The Italian Job”, a very important charity event sponsored by the prestigious English. On Sunday October 30th and Monday October 31st the rally will be hosted by the center of Florence and the Chianti region to delight the little Britain car fans.
The British club will be welcome by the “Mini&Moto Maniaci” Florence Club members, who worked to bring the event in Florence with the support of the Province of Florence and the Florence Convention Bureau.
The meeting will held on Sunday at Piazzale Michelangelo from 12 to 13. Then the car will start following a path that will drive them to Piazza Santissima Annunziata . More than 90 Mini cars are expected for a great parade through the city streets composed by historical MINI models and also the latest BMW version.
In the evening, the Hotel Mediterraneo will host a gala dinner to collect funds for the Meyer children’s hospital: a charity auction will be organized from 20 with objects, gadgets and paintings related to the Mini world.
The event then continues on Monday: the Mini cars will move to Chianti, in the enchanting surroundings of Badia a Coltibuono, a few miles from Gaiole in Chianti, where the team will qualify a brunch and a taste of typical products. In the afternoon the English club will return home, making a final Italian round in Turin.
