The Kempinski Hotel Hybernská Prague is planning to celebrate Christmas 2011 in some style, with several special festive offers planned, including a spectacular Christmas menu designed by its award winning Executive Chef Marek Fichtner, a New Year’s Eve package that includes the hotel’s traditional firework display in the gardens at midnight, and an extravagant Russian Gala Buffet Dinner on the 6th January, 2012.

In order to promote a festive mood amongst its guests, the Kempinski’s Le Grill Restaurant and Winter Garden is offering a special Festive Lunch Menu from 14th November through to 23rd December, 2011 that includes two or three courses and a complimentary glass of wine, for prices starting at just 590 CZK per person.

Celebrating Christmas will then become a great culinary experience, with the offer of a four course Christmas Menu running between 23rd and 26th December, that includes a number of traditional and unexpected dishes including carp cocktail with dill crème fraîche and “Balik” salmon pearls on cucumber jelly, or turkey breast roulade with chestnut and apple stuffing, brussel sprout petals and cranberry sauce.

The hotel’s New Year’s Eve Gala Dinner will be an elegant way of saying good bye to 2011 with its six course Le Grill Gala Dinner or five course Winter Garden Gala Dinner, both accompanied with live music and a rich programme that includes midnight fireworks and a Champagne toast.
