Italy’s events exhibition invites professionals, experts and associations to share their knowledge and help spread industry culture by presenting content at the show.
BTC’s education programme is the best attended in the Italian meetings and events industry, and gives speakers visibility in front of a wide audience of buyers, sellers, industry leaders and media.
13 FEBRUARY 2012 – Again this year, BTC, the Italian trade show for the meetings, events, conferences, incentive travel and business tourism industry, to be held on 21-22 June at the Fiera di Rimini Exhibition Centre, will lead the way in providing professional content to the Italian meetings community.
The education programme that the show organises alongside the B2B activities in the exhibition floor represents an opportunity for updates, debate and discussion for the community of events professionals and operators. Traditionally very well attended, BTC’s educational events are an effective stage on which to present ideas, trends, tools and successful best practices.
This year, BTC is inviting professionals, experts and associations from the meetings and events industry, as well as from related segments such as marketing, communication, tourism, technology, business travel, corporate organisation, education and motivation to seize the opportunity to hold a seminar at the show.
The main issues that the BTC 2012 educational programme will explore include social media and web marketing, personal growth and individual skills, trends in the meetings and events market, new professional challenges, event and logistics management, new technologies, sustainability and CSR in events, meeting design and content planning.
Contributions may take the form of seminars, workshops, presentations of case studies, research and tools, discussion forums or round tables. Those interested can write to Margherita Franchetti, BTC Communication & Press Officer (m.franchetti@btc.it), submitting a title and a description of the proposed content. Proposals received by 8 March will be assessed by a BTC committee, and candidate speakers will then be notified if their application for inclusion in the education programme has been successful.
