Elana Loudiyi to promote group’s diverse brands of restaurants
Levant Restaurant Group has appointed Elana Loudiyi, ex Business Development Manager of Woods’ Silver Fleet, as Sales, Events & Marketing Manager to pro-actively promote awareness and build the client base of Levant Group’s diverse portfolio of restaurant brands. Elana’s remit will include key corporate account management, agency and third party liaison, as well as online and inbound marketing across all channels.
Founded by entrepreneur, Tony Kitous, who is credited with putting the glamour into Middle Eastern cuisine at his Levant and Kenza restaurants, Levant Restaurant Group, has also recently launched London’s fashionable chain of Lebanese cafes – Comptoir Libanais, as well as upmarket gourmet grill outlet, Shawa.
Strategic locations, authentic home-style food and unique designer interiors have made the Group a firm favourite with London’s corporate and leisure market alike.
Despite the brands’ stylish following and ever-growing popularity, Kitous insists it is about bringing people together: ‘Our culture has a lot to offer. First and foremost is our cultural notion of hospitality. So when I put something together, it’s an experience. It’s all about how you present the food, the way you eat the food. It is the sort of food you don’t have to understand to appreciate. It’s like music, it’s the kind of food you eat with your hands, you share it with people, you interact with them’.
Full details of Christmas 2012 at both Levant & Kenza are due to be launched shortly and will feature inspired entertainment options ranging from captivating fire-eaters to boutique cocktails and seasonal festive menus.
Le Comptoir Libanais is once again set for expansion with its next canteen & delicatessen set to open at Bluewater in October 2012.
