Anna Górska, CEO Gdansk Tourism Organisation/Gdansk Convention Bureau was distinguished for Tourism by Ministry of Sport and Tourism.
On 25th September in Teatr Wielki – Opera Narodowa in Warszawa took place a ceremonial Gala “Move Your Imagination” where representatives of Ministry of Sport and Tourism awarded people remarkably justed for Tourism. Award for Anna Górska was granted for her merits in developing Polish tourism and strengthening international cooperation in tourism industry. ‘It is a great honour. I am so happy that me and my great team activities have been appreciated’ – said Anna Górska.

Aneta Książek – Senior Specialist Conference, Poland Convention Bureau Polish Tourist Organisation
Krzysztof Celuch – the Manager of Poland Convention Bureau Polish Tourist Organisation
Additional awards for “Merits for Tourism” were given to:

Prof. Marian Zembala – The Silesian Center for Heart Diseases in Zabrze
Andrzej Hulewicz – Mazurkas Travel
Sławomir Wróblewski – SKKP
Anna Gorska was again awarded for her activity in international associations related to business tourism and work for the benefit of polish tourism.
Gala started with the press conference followed by the official ceremony opened by Katarzyna Sobierajska – Undersecretary of State in the Ministry of Sport and Tourism and the President of the Polish Tourist Organisation – Rafał Szmytke.
During the meeting also Polish Tourism Organisation activities were summarized. Gala was also a great occasion to discuss current Poland Convention Bureau activities in their tenth anniversary. Because of the anniversary Anna Górska submit flowers and great wishes for further successes to Krzysztof Celuch – The Manager of Poland Convention Bureau.
A multimedia presentation summarizing 10 years of PCB PTO introduced an artistic part of the ceremony. Later on there was a surprising show of hand painting by Juicy Brand Color group where characteristic Polish Tourism Organisation graphic was painted.
