Tailored for the Helsinki Exhibition & Convention Centre, the world’s favourite motor show TOP GEAR LIVE comes to Finland for the first time this November. The new multifunction Hall 7 has been chosen as the venue, enabling the most far out of car stunts and a display destined to match the expectations of every speed freak.

“We are delighted the TOP GEAR LIVE team chose the Exhibition & Convention Centre for their arena. We will now be involved in putting on a first-class show,” says an enthusiastic Christer Haglund, managing director for the Finnish Fair Corporation. “It’s great that we get to produce an unforgettable experience for the show’s fans, and provide an arena worthy of the show’s worldwide popularity.”

Congress manager Susanne Massingberd-Roinila of Finnish Fair Corporation’s international sales team takes up the story: “TOP GEAR LIVE will fill all the space in our giant new hall, completed last autumn. The size of two football pitches, the new hall permits special effects, high-altitude stunts and sheer driving freedom. With a capacity of around 7,000 spectators for each performance, a lot of fans will get to see their favourite show.”
TOP GEAR LIVE can be seen at the Helsinki Exhibition & Convention Centre on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, 23-25 November. TOP GEAR LIVE introduces Finland to an entirely new type of car show – an enticing blend of unbelievable car-driving, spectacular special effects, dizzying stunts and mouth-watering, super-tuned cars. World-famous presenters Jeremy Clarkson and James May from the TV series will be travelling with the show, along with mystery driver “The Stig”.
The ultimate dream of every car freak, the show is based on the BBC’s captivating car programme that is watched the world over. Transformed into a stadium spectacular, the show has proved a sell-out on four continents.
Production of the Finnish event is handled by Fullsteam. Tickets will be on sale through Lippupiste from 13 September.
