Following on from a series of pharmaceutical and life sciences based event wins at UniSpace Sunderland, including the UKTI Summit last week and British Pharmaceutical Students’ Association in April, UniSpace today announces that it will also host the 2012 Pharmaceutical Networking Event for the North East Process Industry Cluster (NEPIC).
The event will take place on 25th October in UniSpace Sunderland’s Industry Centre. Around 120 delegates are expected to attend the day-long conference and exhibition, which will feature international speakers as well as academics and industrialists, covering issues such as skills availability and competency, laboratory best practice, future engineering and processing.
Sharon Olver, Commercial Services Manager for UniSpace Sunderland, commented: “We are delighted to be hosting another pharmaceutical event here at UniSpace. This is very much one of our core industry sectors, due in part to the strong Pharmacy, Health and Wellbeing department at the University. This will be the third pharmaceutical and life sciences based event that we have hosted since launching to the national and international markets at Confex in March this year and we hope to continue to build on this success.”
