This year, EIBTM (www.eibtm.com), the leading global event for the meetings and events industry will offer the benefits of a lead manager App in conjunction with Melville Data Services.

Graeme Barnett, Reed Travel Exhibitions EIBTM Event Director commented, “We understand how seriously exhibitors take their participation at EIBTM and the pivotal role the show plays in supporting them to secure genuine business leads. This tool will help all of our exhibitors collate business leads more effectively and follow them up in a meaningful and productive way”.

The App, developed by Melville will allow exhibitors to collect real time sales leads through scanning visitor badges as they attend the stand. Upon scanning the badge, exhibitors can instantly retrieve visitor data as well as entering important information about the contact and essential requirements of their event. The tool is available offline, can be used anywhere on the show floor and adds to the standard light pen services already offered, providing even more choice for exhibitors.
