At the World Sushi Cup Japan, the world’s top class Sushi Chefs from overseas and Japan will gather in Makuhari, Chiba, at the Hotel The Manhattan, to participate in individual and restaurant competitions for the purpose of sharing their creativity and inspiration for making Sushi.
The main purpose of the event is to develop networks and exchange information on Sushi related sanitary and quality control management and methods, as well as localizing taste and design.
The event is being held in Conjunction with the FOODEX Japan 2013 International Food and Beverage Exhibition. FOODEX will take place at the Makuhari Messe International Exhibition Hall from Tuesday, March 5th to Friday, March 8th, and is the biggest event of its type in Asia.
