The Meetings Week Poland has come to an end on 22 March. It was a week of events organised in co-operation with the Polish trade associations.Eight educational meetings were held as part of the Meetings Week Poland which were attended by over 300 representatives of the meetings industry.
The event provided an opportunity for professionals to meet in one place and at the same time, to take part in interesting educational programmes, training sessions and direct experience sharing that attracted to Warsaw representatives of the industry from all over Poland.
The interest aroused by the initiative provides an enormous opportunity to organise its further editions. This year, the agenda of the event covered: creative thinking workshops, “behind the scenes” events, Certified Incentive Specialist training, conditions for the development of the meetings industry, team building, as well as a student conference Future Leaders Forum Warsaw and a meeting of the Regional Convention Bureaux.
The organisers included: MPI Poland, Association of the Events Industry (Stowarzyszenie Branży Eventowej), Conferences and Congresses in Poland Association (Stowarzyszenie Konferencje i Kongresy w Polsce), the Association of Incentive Travel Organisers (Stowarzyszenie Organizatorów Incentive Travel) and the University of Tourism and Recreation (Szkoła Główna Turystyki i Rekreacja).
