Renowned international speaker Seth Mattison has been selected to launch day two of AIBTM, The Americas Incentive, Business Travel & Meetings Exhibition (www.aibtm.com), with a keynote presentation titled “Rocking the Workplace: Managing and Leading the Four Generations.”  At 8:30 a.m. Wednesday June 12, Mattison will present fresh research and case studies that highlight what it takes to attract and retain the best and brightest talent of every age.

Mattison, a highly regarded expert on the Millennial generation and featured speaker with BridgeWorks, LLC – a company dedicated to bridging generational gaps within the workplace – will share with attendees critical information on managing the differences between younger and older generations. His presentation will deliver guidance on how meeting planners can successfully collaborate in the workplace.
