A cutting edge event which explores the High Tech Agriculture, handled also by EXPO 2015, the Universal Exposition helds in Milan in the same year.
Florence, 19th July 2013. The Second World Congress on the Use of Biostimulants in Agriculture will take place in Florence 17-19 November, 2015 at the Palazzo dei Congressi of Firenze Fiera Congress & Exhibition Center and will be attended by 1000 experts from 60 different countries. The Florence congress is organized by New Ag International and will explore newly acquired scientific and technical knowledge on the High Tech Agriculture, also one of the main themes of the EXPO 2015, the Universal Exposition that will be held in Milan in the same year.
Florence Convention Bureau received the request directly from the New Ag International and worked on the bidding process, hosting Jean Pierre Leymonie (Managing Director of New Ag International SARL) and Amin Al Taher (BIT Travel Solutions) for site inspections and assisting the clients in the selection of the location, hotels allotment and in the definition of the services needed.
“The choice of Italy to host the event was very obvious”, Mr. Amin Al Taher says “A good number of the leading companies active in this market worldwide and likely to sponsor the event are Italian companies. Compared to other cities such as Milano or even Roma, the choice of Florence was also logical for such a medium-size event, for its value to cost ratio especially at that time of the year and because of the attractiveness of the city. And of course, The congress Center space & facilities and the incentive package & support given by FCB throughout was very instrumental with the final selection of the city”.
The conference will provide new and updated information about products used in crop production around the world, as well as the various aspects of legislation on these products in the main markets. It will attract a varied target of experts as agronomists, consultants, specialty plant nutrition and biostimulants companies, research institutions, government agencies and all those involved in optimizing crop yields. Besides, a trade exhibition will run alongside the conference sessions.
