Aeroflot announced a new campaign – “Twice for two” which will allow passengers to use onboard Wi-Fi Internet at half price for two months. Cost of this onboard service will be reduced from November, 1 till December, 31, 2013.
The corresponding agreement was reached with OnAir company, the provider of Internet access via Wi-Fi on board of Aeroflot aircraft. This will let Aeroflot almost halve the price of Wi-Fi Internet service. The information about these special tariffs will be available both at http://www.aeroflot.com and on board starting from November, 1.
The promotion is introduced following the Aeroflot policy of constant enhancement of onboard quality product by implementing up-to-date hi-tech services and was designed as a peculiar New Year’s gift to Aeroflot passengers demonstrating them all the advantages of using the Internet access during a flight.
Currently Aeroflot runs a large-scale program of installing Wi-Fi Internet connection on board of its long-haul Airbus A330 and Boeing B777 aircraft. It is planned that 19 aircraft will be equipped with such a system by the end of this year.
