Visit Espoo has appointed Leopold Marketing to provide in-market representation within the UK and Central Europe to the lucrative international association meetings market. This cooperation marks a significant step change in Visit Espoo’s tactics to lure association business to Finland’s second city as the team have previously relied on in-house resource and attendance at large-scale MICE exhibitions.
Leopold Marketing will be responsible for lead generation and coordination of a series of in-market road shows targeting international associations predominantly from the technology sector, for which Espoo has a proven track record. It is hoped that the support provided by Leopold Marketing will generate up to 1,5 million Euros of direct economic impact to Espoo over the coming years.
