Jockey Club Venues, the conference and events arm of The Jockey Club, is offering event organisers a free iPad Air. The gift will be given to anyone booking a new conference or event worth £5,000 or more at any of the 14 Jockey Club Venues between 1 March and 30 June 2014.

Each of the Jockey Club’s racecourses has the capacity to support a variety of events, from training days, meetings and conferences to weddings and large-scale banquets and exhibitions, for up to 2,250 delegates. Collectively, Jockey Club Venues has 81 function rooms and 230 syndicate rooms, with a total of 30,000sqm of highly flexible indoor space which combined can seat nine times more delegates than the Royal Albert Hall. Each venue is equipped with the latest technology, including high-speed internet, professional lighting and a comprehensive range of advanced AV equipment.
Combined, Jockey Club Venues are situated within more than 3,000 acres and overlook some of the country’s most picturesque areas. Each racecourse has excellent transport links and more than three quarters of the UK’s population live within 30 minutes’ drive from one of the venues. Furthermore, the Jockey Club Venues offer over 82,000 free parking spaces, and on-site hotels at selected venues provide delegates with the option of extending their visit.
