Truffles are the flavour of the season in Canberra and the capital region, so much so that celebrity chefs are travelling from across Australia and as far away as London to be a part of The Truffle Festival which is held from 25-26 July.
Now in its sixth year, The Truffle Festival has invited internationally renowned chef Antonio Carluccio to be the festival’s patron and experience the high quality Black Perigord truffle grown in the Canberra region.
Alongside Carluccio, The Truffle Festival is thrilled to announce an amazing line up of Masterclasses with former MasterChef contestants, who will run 10 different events throughout the festival.
