Viparis launches a new accommodation management service. Starting in September, the service will provide event organisers with a one-stop solution to help plan their event, from invitations to tender to the final day of the show. Viparis has chosen b network to manage this service.

This new partnership with b network is designed to meet a growing customer demand for earlier support in their search for accommodation solutions. Viparis can now provide them with a service tailored to their needs.
A turnkey solution
This partnership allows Viparis and b network to offer a customised and comprehensive service for all kinds of events, from small to large, every step of the way, from drawing up the bid proposal to on-site logistics of accommodation customer service during events. This new optional service will provide greater responsiveness and improve content quality as the b network team will be located within Viparis’ offices.

Building on twenty years of experience in the hotel sector, b network manages 220,000 guest-nights a year. The b network team’s loyal customers include the World Mobile Congress since 2007, the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Development, since 2009 (NATO summits, Africa/France meetings, G8, G20, and other events), and the Congrès de Pneumologie de Langue Française, since 2012.
