The Mermaid to host inaugural Event Marketing Summit

On 3rd October The Mermaid will host the first marketing summit dedicated to content publishers, conference, exhibition and awards organisers and associations.

Organised by sector pioneers, the Global Conference Network, the event will draw together over 100 delegates’ specialists in this area. Senior marketing leaders and strategists from UBM, i2i Events Group, Terrapinn and Informa are already registered for this year’s inaugural event.

The full day will discuss the opportunities and challenges in event marketing including leading strategies and digital innovations in building event brands and communities and will be headed up by keynote speakers including Mina Booth, Head of Marketing at Fresh Montgomery; David Langrish, Global Head of Brand Marketing at i2i and Georgie Sloggett, Marketing Manager at UBM.

Host venue for the summit, The Mermaid, is recognised as one of London’s most versatile spaces offering leading technologies, unrivalled facilities to enhance the delegate experience as well as commanding views over the Thames to enjoy during networking breaks.
