CWSIn less than two weeks on the 11th September Cape Town’s stately City Hall will be transformed once again to play host to the ‘Chefs who Share – the ART of giving’ event.

This night to remember will be held in aid of youth development, with all proceeds going to the MAD Charity (Make a Difference) and the Laureus Sport for Good Foundation.

The event’s charitable centrepiece will once again be its auction which has secured two last minute once-in-a-lifetime experiences to its lot listing. This year the auction’s profile will be raised with the inclusion of the chance to watch the Formula 1 Abu Dhabi Grand Prix at pit lane level, as well as VIP tickets for this year’s Laureus World Sports Awards in Shanghai.

The experience confers VIP access to the circuit during the Friday practice laps, the qualifying on Saturday and, of course the full race on Sunday. The winner will get to meet and greet the drivers and pit crew, and watch the tarmac tussle from a prime viewing location in the MERCEDES AMG PETRONAS Lounge.

Those interested in perhaps a less pulse-pushing experience can opt to bid to attend the Laureus World Sports Awards 2015, Donated by Laureus Sport for Good Foundation. The Awards Ceremony will be hosted in Shanghai and includes flights, airport transfers and two nights in a five-star hotel. Guests will attend the Laureus Welcome Cocktail Party on their first night in Shanghai, and the Awards Ceremony and VIP After Party on the second night. They will also be given access to official events taking place on the day of the Awards Ceremony.
