DALLAS — Meeting Professionals International (MPI) is launching its highly-rated hosted buyer program at the 2015 edition of its European Meeting and Event Conference (EMEC). For this inaugural program, MPI will host a maximum of 25 qualified corporate meeting planners including 15 European planners and 10 U.S.-based planners that conduct business in Europe. The upcoming EMEC will be held February 1-3, 2015, at the new ICE Kraków Congress Centre, in Kraków, Poland.

MPI’s Hosted Buyer Program has been successfully bringing together the industry’s best planners and top suppliers to efficiently conduct business over the past five years. Until now, the association has only offered the program in North America at its annual World Education Congress (WEC), and it continuously receives high satisfaction scores from program participants in post-event surveys. In addition, MPI has been one of the largest intermediaries for IMEX America’s hosted buyer program since the tradeshow’s inception four years ago.

“We are extremely pleased to debut our renowned hosted buyer program in Poland next year,” said Cynthia D’Aoust, chief operating officer for MPI. “Our team has worked diligently to grow and refine the MPI Hosted Buyer Program, so we are primed to deliver an exceptional and intimate experience that will be invaluable to program participants during EMEC 2015.”

MPI is currently accepting applications for this exclusive program. Accepted planners will receive one complimentary EMEC 2015 registration, airfare credit, a three-night hotel stay, and more. Benefits for participating suppliers include up to 15 face-to-face appointments, prime exposure within EMEC’s MarketSquare, and one complimentary EMEC 2015 registration.
