The Estonian Convention Bureau and its partners are about to showcase their country’s meeting and incentive potential at a key MICE event in Brussels.
The event, which aims to highlight the best of what Estonia has to offer as a conference destination, will take place on Thursday, November 6th at the Midi Station lounge-brasserie.
According to ECB Project Manager Külli Teimann, who is organising the event, the gathering will be a mix of destination presentation and informal networking/mingling sessions between Belgian meeting planners and Estonian suppliers. It will include dinner and a prize draw.
“The Belgian market is very important to Estonia and similar meet-ups we have held there in the past have shown that there is huge interest in what we can offer,” said Teimann.
Around 30 Belgian meeting and incentive planners are expected to attend the gathering, where they will have the opportunity to meet representatives from Swissôtel Tallinn, Nordic Hotel Forum, Radisson Blu Sky Hotel, the Tallinn City Tourist Office and Convention Bureau, the Tartu Convention Bureau, Baltic Tours, Reisiekspert, Via Hansa, DMC Estonia, Baltic Travel Group, Estonian Air and the Estonian Tourist Board.
