FLYBE Launches Seven new London City Routes, a new website and new Partnership with Club Workspace

FLYBE LAUNCHES SEVEN NEW LONDON CITY ROUTES, A NEW WEBSITE AND NEW PARTNERSHIP WITH CLUB WORKSPACE
Exeter, Devon, UK: Flybe, Europe’s largest regional airline, last week announced the launch of its enhanced new website, a key component of the company’s complete brand refresh,

and a ground-breaking partnership to give business travellers free access to a network of co-working business clubs in London.

The latest Flybe breakthroughs came as it launched seven new routes to London City Airport from Aberdeen, Amsterdam, Belfast City, Dublin, Edinburgh, Exeter, Inverness on Monday 27th October, reinforcing its strong commitment to support improved regional connectivity for UK and Irish business.

The updated Flybe website www.flybe.com builds on the improvements made to the site earlier in the year and is optimised for ease of use and to support passenger conversion. The new website makes booking flights intuitive for customers and is mobile-optimised through a separate app.

New features include a real-time Flight Tracker and Flybe Inspired, a digital tool that facilitates alternative flight search. As part of Flybe’s strategy of enhancing regional connectivity, the site also has The ‘One Stop To The World’ page highlight’s Flybe’s interconnectivity, with more than 200 routes serving 64 airports (28 in the UK, 36 in mainland Europe).

Flybe also announced the launch of a new partnership with Club Workspace to give business travellers on any price ticket on its new London City Airport routes, free access to a network of co-working business clubs. Club Workspace has eight central London locations: Bethnal Green, Islington, Chiswick, Waterloo, Chancery Lane, Kennington, London Bridge and Clerkenwell.

All workspaces include access to free Wi-Fi, cafés, and discounted meeting room facilities, to help business travellers make the best use of their time in London. Customers who have booked travel to London City will see information about Club Workspace on their confirmation email. To gain access to a Club, they must show a valid boarding pass or confirmation email to the Centre Manager at the Reception of their chosen Club.

Customers have five days of access from time of inbound travel to redeem access. In October, Flybe, which has been transformed following the implementation of a Turnaround Plan by its new management, announced a significant new partnership with the Avios Travel Rewards Programme.

The agreement, marks another step by Flybe to offer more benefits to its customers, adding value to their flight purchase and providing a broader selection of redemption opportunities for points earned through frequent travel. Collectively these developments are part of Flybe’s commitment to delivering a great customer experience.
