Jumeirah celebrates success at World Luxury Hotel Awards 2014
Dubai, 14 December 2014: Jumeirah Group, the Dubai-based luxury hotel company and a member of Dubai Holding, has won six awards at the 2014 World Luxury Hotel Awards held in Cape Town.

Burj Al Arab Jumeirah won ‘Best Luxury Hotel,’ Mina A’Salam at Madinat Jumeirah won ‘Best Middle East Luxury Adult Beach Resort,’ Pera Palace Hotel Jumeirah won ‘Best Luxury Historical Hotel,’ Jumeirah Messilah Beach Hotel and Spa in Kuwait won ‘Best Luxury New Hotel,’ Jumeirah Carlton Tower won ‘Best Luxury City Hotel in Europe,’ Jumeirah Grand Hotel Via Veneto won ‘Best Luxury Design Hotel in Europe.’

The World Luxury Hotel Awards were established to acknowledge service excellence and recognise hotels that have outperformed in the delivery of luxury. Luxury hotels can self-nominate, be nominated by guests, travel agents or tour operators in order to participate. Evaluations are conducted by a global panel of consultants located in 144 countries and include an ‘official’ and/or ‘mystery’ site visit.
