Conference Partners has been appointed by the UK and Ireland Chapter of ICCA, the International Congress and Convention Association, to act as secretariat.

The one-year contract has been awarded following a three-way competitive tender, evaluated by the chapter committee. Conference Partners will be responsible for all aspects of association management for the ICCA UK and Ireland Chapter, including event management, committee and membership support, financial management and communications.

ICCA UK and Ireland Chapter Chair and Director of Sales at ACC Liverpool Kerrin MacPhie says: “The chapter continues to grow with several new members joining already this year and so it is essential we have a strong secretariat to support our voluntary committee and ensure we offer a great service to our members. We are delighted to appoint Conference Partners to the role following their successful tender and look forward to working with the team.”

Nicola McGrane, Managing Director of the Conference Partners Group, adds: “We are delighted to be chosen by the ICCA UK and Ireland chapter. Working with an organisation that has education and the sharing of knowledge high on their agenda is a priority for Conference Partners. We look forward to working with a wonderful team of industry professionals and colleagues.”
