ICCA UK and Ireland Chapter has chosen the Royal College of Nursing at 20 Cavendish Square, London to host its latest educational workshop and networking event.
The workshops, on 24th September, will focus on big data, social media and the evolution of conference catering and will be followed by a Taste and Tango evening.
The workshops will kick off with a session on the new ICCA website and database with tips on big data. This will be followed by an educational session on social media and content marketing given by Mexia Communications’ Managing Director Kursha Woodgate. The final session, hosted by ICCA UK&I Chapter partner Levy Restaurants UK, will look at the evolution of conference catering and bring together catering and event experts from Excel London and Somerset House to share event catering hints and tips and key trends for the future.
The education sessions will be followed by an evening of great food and Tango dancing to help Congress attendees polish their Tango skills in advance of the ICCA Congress in Buenos Aires later in the year. Bruno and Natalie from Tanquito Argentinian Tango Academy will also perform at the event.
ICCA UK and Ireland Chapter’s Chair, Kerrin MacPhie, says: “We are really excited about this year’s educational workshop and networking event which is packed with content and a great networking opportunity.”
