Poken’s CEO, Stephane Doutriaux, is a finalist in Ernst and Young’s Entrepreneur of the Year Awards 2015.
The Entrepreneur of the Year Awards have been held by Ernst and Young in Switzerland since 1998 and are part of a global programme for entrepreneurs. 39 entrepreneurs from Switzerland qualified for participation in this year’s awards.
Stephane is a finalist in the Emerging Entrepreneur category and is up against Pascal Kaufmann and Marc Vontobel at Starmind International AG for their work in IT and Dr. Jan Lichtenberg from InSphero AG for his work in bio technology.
The global competition for entrepreneurs sees 10,000 entrepreneurs from 60 countries worldwide competing for the coveted title of EY Entrepreneur of the Year. An independent jury will select the EY Entrepreneur of the Year from among all the national winners.
Poken CEO, Stephane Doutriaux, says: “I am hugely honoured to be a finalist in such a coveted award programme.
“Poken has gone from strength to strength in the last seven years to become an integral part of event technology. This award is clearly not just a reflection of my personal contribution to running the business; Had it not been for the company’s performance and the positive reviews from clients, partners, and industry experts, I would not have had the opportunity to be considered a candidate. I am grateful to our entire team and our valued customers.”
