Saturday 6 February, 10am – 2pm, Darwin Convention Centre

Defence Community Organisation in partnership with the Strategic Defence Support Group NT is hosting this fun family day and expo to welcome Defence families to the Top End. Whether you’re new to Darwin or not, this is a great day out with fun activities, craft, games, military equipment display, community group displays and live performances. Don’t miss the first heavyweight title fight to be held in the Northern Territory. The WBF World Heavyweight Boxing Championship Title Fight will take place between two outstanding heavyweights: Peter ‘The Chief’ Graham v Julius ‘The Towering Inferno’ Long. Plus there’s more action packed entertainment with the Australian Heavyweight Title Fight between the QLD and NSW Heavyweight Champions, and seven additional bouts of Australian and International Championships. Darwin Symphony Orchestra Master Series 1: Dreams and Prayers

The Darwin Symphony Orchestra and Darwin Chorale join forces in a concert that opens our musical commemorations for the 400 year anniversary of Shakespeare’s death.
