Networking is a vital part of the attendee experience at MWC, we invite you to join for A Walk Down Les Rambles through one of our eleven Networking Gardens. These spaces are tailor-made for networking with ample seating, food and drink outlets, as well as free Wi-Fi. The gardens serve as great places to hold impromptu gatherings, meet clients, mingle with other attendees or simply grab some fresh air.

While you enjoy the sunshine, line up new connections, and catch your breath, we’ve lined up some great live entertainment to keep you smiling during the week:

UPPER LEVEL GARDENS

Barceloneta Garden
Relax and grab a drink in our newest (and very large!) garden. This breezy garden in located on a mezzanine level between Halls 8.0 and 8.1, above the North Entrance. The entrance to this garden is on the side of 8.1.

Canaletes Garden
Jordi Caps‘ top-level card magic fused with surprising mentalist effects will leave you awe-inspired. Add difficulty of improvisation and a lot of psychology, the result is one of the benchmark shows in today’s magic panorama. Stop by and watch magic unfold from Monday through Wednesday, 16:00 – 18:00.

Boqueria Garden
Sway to the musical rhythms of duo Jacaranda in the Boqueria garden while they bring Brazilian songs to life from Monday through Wednesday, 16:00 – 18:00.

Miró
Duet Two for Tea combines jazz tradition with blues, soul, rock and bossanova. Listen to the beautiful melodies from Monday through Wednesday, 16:00 – 18:00.

Liceu
The best of crooners, The Big Two presents songs of the golden age of Hollywood musicals. They even have a special repertoire based on Frank Sinatra. They’ll be performing Monday through Thursday 16:00 – 18:00, so don’t miss it!

Placa Real
Tondena-Lopez Duo are a brilliant combination of sax and double bass with a repertoire in jazz standards. Listen to some classic renditions, Monday through Wednesday,16:00 – 18:00.

Colom 
Catalan rumba will get you on your feet, listen to Miquel Rodergas “Micu”, leader of the Catalan Rumba Meztuca play original songs from Monday through Wednesday, 16:00 – 18:00 for your delight.

LOWER LEVEL GARDENS

Artists Rambla

Digital Portraits
Artists will bring portraits to life by sketching attendees on tablets, receive it afterwards via email. Drawings may contain brand placement, so stop by and have yourself digitised! Monday through Wednesday, 11:00 – 18:00 and Thursday from 09:00 – 17:00.

Graffiti Artist
Watch a whole wall transform from a blank canvas to a vibrant piece of art. Watch artistMarina create a spontaneous mural in Artists Rambla from Monday through Wednesday, 11:00 – 18:00 and Thursday from 09:00 – 17:00.

Drone Zone
Intel will be showcasing the Yuneec Typhoon H in our Drone Zone. The UAV/Drone will follow a user walking around inside the cage and use the Intel camera and collision-avoidance solution to avoid an obstacle. See this one-of-a-kind drone zone during garden open hours.

Android Garden

Visit this fun garden for a variety of interactive displays throughout the week. Lots of surprises are sure to be in store —  find it between Halls 2 and 3.

The Networking Gardens are a great place to connect or unwind, be sure to stroll down Les Rambles through eye-catching art and musical beats. Federico García Lorca, Spanish poet said it best: “Las Ramblas is the only street in the world which I wish would never end”
