barbicanlogoThe Barbican has launched its new spring and summer menu which celebrates the very best that London has to offer.

The menu, created by Searcys, takes inspiration from London itself with packages and dishes named after areas of London such as Camden and Soho. The menus range from breakfasts and lunches to full event packages whilst a new look cocktails and drinks menu also has a focus on London. The new menus also include a brand new street food menu option paying tribute to the city’s diverse dishes.

“From a Billingsgate sandwich to a full Westminster event package – we wanted to capture the very best that London has to offer in the world of food and drink,” comments Oliver Hargreaves, Deputy Head of Sales at the Barbican. “Our partnership with Searcys has created some amazing food and drink combinations over the years but these new menus really capture the magic of London itself. The spring and summer menu brings this together to celebrate the very best that London has to offer.”

The menus, which were launched earlier this month, will be used throughout the Barbican’s Business Events programme. The spring and summer menu is available to download at www.barbican.org.uk/conferences/catering
