The TAS Alliance powered by The Apartment Service, is delighted to confirm that Ascott is the latest serviced residence company to join the growing global membership of The TAS Alliance – now in its third year.
Ascott is the world’s largest international serviced residence owner-operator with over 28,000 operating serviced residence units in key cities of the Americas, Asia Pacific, Europe and the Middle East. The company also has over 17,000 units which are under development, making a total of more than 45,000 units in over 290 properties. Its portfolio spans more than 100 cities across 27 countries.
