ICCA’s new Strategic Plan is in its inaugural year, and one of its key goals is to bring international associations more intimately into ICCA’s global community for the international association meetings industry.

The newly launched Association Relations Partnership is a collaborative programme designed to help ICCA deliver an ambitious programme of new activities and online services that will strengthen its relationship with international associations, including hosting some of their top executives and meeting directors at the annual ICCA Congress, which will take place 13-16 November 2016 in Kuching, Malaysia, on the island of Borneo.  At the same time, this partnership model allows ICCA tradeshow and destination marketing members in all regions worldwide to strengthen their own ties and increase their profile with the international association community.

FIEXPO had already signed up as regional Association Relations Partner for Latin America at ibtm world 2015.
