Kent Event Centre today announces that it has won the contract to host the National Landlord Investment Show when it arrives in Kent in September 2017.
The Kent Landlord Investment Show, the UK’s leading platform to connect landlords and investors with suppliers in the buy-to-let market, will take place on 26th September 2017 in the award-winning venue’s John Hendry Pavilion. With complimentary entry, the show is expected to attract over 1000 landlords, investors, developers and property professionals who will be able to meet with over 80 exhibitors.
Visitors will be able to source the latest property investment services from renowned suppliers such as Clive Emson Land and Property Auctioneers, Tenancy Deposit Scheme (TDS), KM Media Group, Nova Financial, IKEA, Royal Bank of Scotland, Southern Landlord Association and Total Landlord Insurance.
As part of the seminar programme, the show will see industry experts presenting over ten seminars to discuss current issues that landlords face, covering Brexit, Licensing, Tax, Finance, Mortgages, the effect of the general election and more.
The seminars are free to attend for visitors on a first-come first served basis and will be issuing advice and an in-depth understanding of the investment opportunities available in the Kent area.
