I would like to thank all my colleagues at AEGEAN who work tirelessly, to ensure we offer Greek Philoxenia to our guests straight from our heart. 2019 is a very significant year for us as it marks our 20th anniversary. Offering quality services to our passengers and promoting the virtues of Greece have been at the core of our philosophy from our very first flight. We will continue investing for the future and working hard to deserve the trust our passengers put in us!”

The World Airline Awards are managed by international air transport rating organisation, Skytrax Research of London, UK.

21,65 million eligible survey entries were counted in the final results, and more of 100 nationalities participated in the survey from September 2018 to May 2019. The customer survey was operated in English, French, Spanish, Russian, Japanese and Chinese. The survey covers over 300 airlines, measuring Quality standards for 49 KPI’s across front-line product and service factors in the Airport and Onboard environments. A key directive is for travellers to make their own, personal choice as to which airline they consider best, underlining the brand as the Passenger’s Choice Awards.
