ITB Berlin is setting new standards with its Travel Technology segment and will once again be the global hub for technological innovations in the travel industry.
From 4 to 6 March 2025 in Berlin, the World’s Leading Travel Trade Show will feature even more wide-ranging and international displays and exhibitors from over 40 countries. In six halls – 5.1, 6.1, 7.1c, 8.1, 9 und 10.1 – visitors can look forward to the full spectrum of technological solutions, while the popular eTravel Stage will again feature an impressive programme of panel discussions, keynote speeches and presentations.
In Halls 5.1 and 6.1 the focus is on prominent industry giants such as Amadeus and Sabre. In addition, there will be a booth from Travelsoft, which also features the companies ATCORE Technology and traffics. Returning after several years is Ypsilon.net. Hotel software solutions are on show in Halls 7.1c, 10.1 and 8.1, with additional displays in Hall 9. Hall 6.1 is once again the main place to find startups and innovations, among them Startup Turismo from Italy, ICEX Espana and Business France, along with numerous co-exhibitors. This year’s ITB Berlin above all sees a rise in exhibitors with eSim, AI and payment products. The global payment company VISA and Stripe, a complete payment package for online companies, are exhibiting at ITB Berlin in Hall 10.1 for the first time in 2025.
In addition to topics such as AI, this year there is also a special focus on automation. New exhibitors include Casablanca.ai, Aphy.com and other providers who are presenting AI-based applications for improving hospitality personnel management (home bots, etc.).
Another trend is housekeeping technologies, with Sweeply (Hall 10.1) and Flexkeeping (Hall 7.1c) for example presenting digital tools and software solutions for making hotel management and room cleaning processes in particular more efficient.
In addition, many exhibitors are focusing on customer relationship management (CRM), booking efficiency and direct booking solutions, which are on display across all the tech halls.
For visitors who are interested in specific technology innovations, ITB Berlin is for the first time offering an ITB guided tour of the Technology Halls. Taking as its slogan ‘Future Ready with Tech Innovations’, the tour takes in four to six exhibitors and will offer insights into highly fascinating tech developments.
The ITB Innovators are entering their third round this year and previewing future trends, including many tech innovations, ranging from software solutions and benchmarking services to hotels, eSim products and virtual assistants.

Comprehensive eTravel Stage programme in Hall 6.1 with an impressive range of new and up-to-the-minute topics
The Destination Tech Track (previously Digital Destination Track) highlights the connections between tech and travel destinations, while the Tours & Activities Track presents innovative solutions for travel experiences.

In the afternoon, the spotlight will be on the Hotel Technology Track, with the session titled Vacation Rentals Innovation at Scale: Leveraging Tech to Thrive in a Fragmented Market. The event will feature Dr. Patrick Andrae, co-founder and CEO of HomeToGo, and will be moderated by Lea Jordan, member of the ITB Berlin Convention’s Board of Experts.
On Wednesday, 5 March, the focus in the morning will be on Tours & Activities. Douglas Quinby, CEO of Arival, will open the event with a presentation on The Future of Travel Experiences. .
On Thursday, 6 March, morning events will kick off with general tech topics. A highlight is a presentation on the Google Prompting Masterclass: So You Think You Can Prompt?, where Evgeniya Ogorodnikova, Google Cloud Customer Engineer at Google, will provide insights into effective prompting. Checkout.com is Track Sponsor of the eTravel Track.
